"Nancy Pelosi has as much business micromanaging the Iraq war as I do driving a tank," Rep. Marilyn Musgrave, R-Fort Morgan, said in a written statement, following the new Democratic proposal to try and get us out of this Republican-spawned mess in Iraq.
Let's see, Nancy Pelosi outlined the new Democratic proposal--which would increase funds for wounded veterans while also attempting to enforce benchmarks for Iraq's government to take over security responsibilities.
Maybe a little "micro-managing" would have left us with fewer maimed and injured troops getting shitty care in VA hospitals around the country.
My suggestion? Let Nancy Pelosi drive the tank--but put Marilyn under it.
